I'm trying to find any information on the unit?? Any help would be great!

Mr Quillen can't be found these days..... have no idea where he is now days.
There was not much in the form of instruction sheets that came with that balancer.
I have experience on the Quillen machine..... not the most accurate, but better than razor blades.
That is a RC machine........ Quillen once built a slot version that I tested and used for a short time.

At one time I manufactured R/C motors in a former career. . .
I owned one of those machines and they are extremely accurate.
We performed comparison testing against various balancers. . .
That is a dual plane strobe balancer and will do just fine balancing R/C arms.
I have not talked to Art in many years. If you track him down let us know, it would be interesting to know what new thing he is doing now.
Does it have the test blank? If not, you are dead in the water.

I never get notified so either no one has ever quoted me, or the default settings is not to send a notification.
