I got this Porsche to paint a 962 car and I need to paint it in a "Team Cort" colors? :shok: I always had bad luck with yellow because Tamiya yellow don't squirt that well, so this what I got, did not like it so it will go to the bottle of alcohol and get stripped. :laugh2: I will do it my way BB or no way else, :laugh2: It will get 68'd, why not? ;)

So Barney here it goes to the dipper. :laugh2:

The Porsche is in the same frame of mind like me, so it became a victim of fumes and hazardous place that we painters have to deal with, but at this time we are snug as a bug. :laugh2:
Hell I got to like it to? ;) I can see the battle going down with this colors but I will win. :laugh2:

Nesta was it the color you did not like? looked like a nice paint job to me. Fumes don't worry from 1966 to to 1969 I built so many chassis breathing lead solder and stay clean it's A wonder I can still walk talk and chew bubble gum! And how about Tony P and the rest of the greats. We are all still here and abel to post. Breath deep my friend and enjoy. Just stay away from the testors gule fumes that hurt alot of people. :laugh2: :D

Nesta warm that can of paint between the thighs of a virgin and that yellow will squirt just fine!:laugh2: Really I used to paint rattle can and used to warm the paint in warm water to get it to shoot smoother. (no do not boil the dang thing!) Warm it up in water about 100 deg. for about 15 min. shaking it every 5 mins or so.Thanks I know you will do a awesome job! Then on to the:

TEAM BURT truck!

(It's been so many years since lived in San Diego there may not be any virgins left!)
Let me know if ya find one!

Nesta have you tried the new Tamiya "Bright Mica Red" TS-85?

What a pretty colour when applied over white primer.
That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.

You would think painting a static car is a piece of cake :laugh2: good enough but then when its painted you got to glue all the
little pieces on? :shok:
That's the danger zone for me, because sometimes the glue is on my fingers and I'm not aware of it :shok: good luck to get rid of it?
Painting is easy for me on a hard body but a pain in the a** when it comes down to a Lexan body.
SO here it is Barney it won't get better then this from my Earl Scheib paint booth. :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:
