Hi

Many years ago most of my first "deals" with hilippe consisted of my swapping NOS boxed kits I had found for lots and lots of bits to restore or rebuild the stuff I wanted! Given the 70% number, perhaps someone can swap both kits for one NOs and still feel like they made a deal.

Fate

Thanks Fate. However, I have an emotional attachment to this particular kit for reasons stated above. I'm gonna build this kit.

I have one of the Lotus 19 comp kits, new in the box. The problem is sometime in the past the kit was left in the sun in a window display which distroyed the body. Anybody know where I can get another one that is in good enough shape to finish the kit?

1. not a Porsche RSK, the version of Strombecker is a Porsche RS-61. Porsche RSK is a Eldon.

2. Lotus MK 19 of Strombecker not always injected in green, at least two colors more and perhaps a third color.

3. I only know 5 mold versions of Ferrari GTO´63 of Revell  :

a / only in early bodykits units, with separate piece of female screws.

b / motorkits 1 or SP-500 / SP-510X ( and another marketing formats ... bodykits, RTRs, set circuits ) with a little hole in try pilots.

c / economic Enduro set circuit versions, with a mound in the tray pilots to accomodate Mabuchi 15r engine.

      d / motorkits 2 or SP-80

      e / late headlight castrated

4. Ferrari Berlinetta box cover Scuttler competition motor kit and box cover bodykit both from Strombecker are too wrong.

Mr. W,

Bare bodies are all over ebay, assuming your own trim parts were saved from the sun... I probably have an extra body if you're interested...
