Deuce-Agra Can-Am build

For this build I'm not really using my imagination. It will be more of a copy or paying homage to Mike Swiss's swiss cheese car that long time Chicago club racer Chuck Gambo won the flat track Can-Am race with at the Sano IV, Steve Grider finished third in the Can-Am on the King race at the Sano IV, Bryan Warmack won the Boola Bash flat track D3 race, and Howie ran at the Fall Brawl.
The orgingal. Photos coutesy of Bill Fulmer and Keith Tanaka
The parts:
I'm using one of Swiss's Chicagoland Raceway Backagra designed for the JK hypoid bracket, JK bracket, Chicagoland guide tongue, probably some left over JK pans from a past project, and finally a nosepiece that I'm not sure if it's a prototype or production piece?

How about semi-production as the description.and finally a nosepiece that I'm not sure if it's a prototype or production piece?
I see you added more pics. I'm getting flashbacks of all the work building it.

You're using a 3/16" front axle.
It should be strong.

I'm not sure. Bryan added them.Very interesting chassis. What are ther small wire doohickeys doing up front there.... connecting the solid mounted front "pan" piece to the floating(?) middle pans?
IIRC, he said it was a D3 mandated safety device so if the pan
gets knocked off, it doesn't fly into the stands.

Glad you get it, because I didn't until now. I thought it was the "Back" as in the back of the chassisOhhh I get it now, Bracket Agra. Brack-Agra. I was thinking in terms of Back, like backbone, or spine. Bracket-Agra.

New guy here just getting into Retro.. Why are the front tires leaned out so much? Is it set up so that the front tires ride on the outside edges?

I was not going for a "funny" answer... I was going for "informative". I know better than to wander into the "Swiss Fun Zone".
Hope everyone has a great time tonight

That looks way Sano and if it runs like Mike S. you sure got a winner.
Have to say I was really impressed the way Bryan ran that chassis at the Boola Bash, but then he can turn fast laps with any car.
Hmm... not fair!

Rob, you never should have posted photos of the swiss cheese car. Instead of everybody paying attention to the Mopar Rob build, they will be oriented mentally towards the swiss build.
I will be watching for the Hanson build.

As Mike said, ask any question you want. Keep in mind my build will be sort of a copy. Pablo is correct, that me posting photos of Mike Swiss's original, built by him is confusing. Mike's car seems to work well and I don't believe he took any photos during the build, which is why I'm doing this build along with having another thread on the blog that isn't motor related.

I think you have the right idea but I'm sure Rob's pics will provide a better explanation of the intricacies of how the the car is built.
