I went down to El Cajon race track today to try out the cars that god damaged, and I have to say they where running very good.
Compared it with Rob Hansen's chassis and they where very closely matched.
For you guys that don't know about this track in El Cajon?
Here is the the OWNER Michael Tucker doing what he always do building flexis, he is a speed freak but hell of a good guy. ;)
Left Mr. Tucker doing the best selling slot car racing to a new guy. ;)

Contact person Michael Crone to the right and his brother, that bought the Hillclime from St.Maria.
Michael or he is called the Coach is a great guy and he will do anything for the new guys that comes in to race. ;)

Have to say I went down to the track thinking that I got two new Rob Hansen Chassis, lets try them out?
I brought seven CanAm cars with me, four was Rob's and two was mine and one was Craig C. and I ran on white lane with all the cars to make up my mind? :shok:
Which one to race on the flat track at BP, tough choice because the track conditions is going to be different at BP! :laugh2:
I used all the different gear ratios from 7/28 to 9/26 and all in between and of course I forgot to record what tires I put on the rides? :laugh2:
The good thing is that the fastest lap I had was 4.6 to 4.8 with the cars with different set ups.
They don't run D3's here as much so I did not have any thing to gauge it against!
So why write all this stuff for? I guess because its me and number two is I got a bunch of good cars to set up for the race at BP. :D
That's why!
Thanks Rob and others for selling me good cars and it will be not forgotten for sure. ;)
Which one was the fastest and most forgiving, I can tell ya! :laugh2:

I will ask Bryan W. to do me a favor and to run them all, and have him pick the one that I should race, I think that would be fair. :)
They where all good and I can't pick one!
Rob the motor you had in the last chassis was a rocket, thanks man. ;)

Rob is right my friends! ;)
