Great weekend of racings thanks to the crew at HVR. Thanks to Noose, for all his hard work and effort organizing all of the Retro East events. A big thank you to Matt Bruce for his help and insight , setting up my Can-Am car.
Great racing in the Can-Am the C, B, and A. The B main was one of the best races I marshalled and watched.
Congrats to all the winners and all the particpants.

All I want to add is Thanks! What a super weekend!!!

And afterwards a few of us had a Retro and Slot Car "Conferance" after everything was complete...with Penske and Noose giving added details.

For me, and (we were told) many others, IRRA has been a re-introduction to super competitive, amazing, fun slot racing.

We learned 1st hand about New York and Long Island's FIA styled Slotcar promotions and competition and the huge tracks that once existed in the 60's.

It is a shame the world has lost what was once in our sport/hobby.

But for anyone looking to bring back that added enjoyment, added competition...to your slotcar hobby/sport. Retro is it.

AS Frank Zappa would say" There is nothing so exhaulted on the face of God's great earth as the prince of Foods, "The Muffin."

But make that Retro Racing...

I would like to thank Noose for honoring our raceway with the 2011 Retropalooza, I would also like to thank all that attended the event. I know of no one else that puts as much effort into running a series as much as Noose does with the Retro East.

Thanks to RADD, Noose custom painting, TSR, Stupid Fast, Sonic Racing, Kelly Racing, ERI Distributing, Eagle Distributing, James Bennett, Team Hilbert, Johnny Slotcar, and HVR Products (me) for sponcering the race.

With Noose making a early announcement about Retropalooza 2012 at Portjeff, Im sure next year will rock!!!

My boy Johnny Slotcar is stoked to race again after this weekend!!!! should see use at races soon................

Thanks to everyone again,

JIm and crew
