And afterwards a few of us had a Retro and Slot Car "Conferance" after everything was complete...with Penske and Noose giving added details.
For me, and (we were told) many others, IRRA has been a re-introduction to super competitive, amazing, fun slot racing.
We learned 1st hand about New York and Long Island's FIA styled Slotcar promotions and competition and the huge tracks that once existed in the 60's.
It is a shame the world has lost what was once in our sport/hobby.
But for anyone looking to bring back that added enjoyment, added competition...to your slotcar hobby/sport. Retro is it.
