Someday, when I grow up I could be a "start and park" field filler geek with a poor lost "Enduro" t-shirt .
I'm clicking my heels "There is no place like home".

--Um---and I gotta go public with this:
I've incurred some heavy medical bills with my daughter, a little less with my 1/1 car, and now my wife's taken a cut in her pay, AND I have frittered away two weeks' worth of Prep Time and have nothing ready to run next weekend.
The writing's not even on the wall, it's jumped over and chiseled itself on my forehead:
NEXT TIME, Dudes. Can't have Hobby until I have Job (n' Life) in order.
Jay, just keep that Translation Software in the box, I promise I'll make the investment pay off soon.
Have a good one
Duffy
Duffy, I'm sorry I won't get to meet you and race with you this weekend.
Unfortunately, sometimes life gets to be about more than slot cars.
We have all had those times, especially as we get older.
Take care and I hope to meet you at another race.
So much DRAMA for such small cars....

Don't DQ me for having the wrong SHADE of orange on my McLaren... after all, it's ONLY a toy car!!!

You will be missed for sure. Hopefully things will be better when we race at S.A.L.

Okay now, time to get back to The Drama!
Ummmm, listen: I'm packing up a little Care package to send to SpeedZone, att: Noose--it will have a couple of motors for Pres, a couple of passaround R32 cars for guys to play R32 with, and four R32 "Short Kits" for any SERIOUSLY-interested parties--I'll let Dennis & Joe judge who's serious enough.
On a totally-unrelated note, I'm sitting here staring at a Lotus 40 body for this guy's JDSC roller, and I just realized why I just don't like Lotus 40s...I mean, think about it: it's all lumpy, lots of holes, sorta-flat...come on now, doesn't it remind YOU of an apple fritter? Be truthful.
