This body looks to be a Parma Mohawk. This was a very popular body for Grp. 7 wing cars at the 1997 USRA Nats held in Manchester, NH.

It is the predecessor to the Mohawk that came out in 91 .... it is the same body without the rib. in 1990 it is listed as Parma #1017 called 'Mercedes Group C'. Offered only for 1 year. The Mohawk is my favorite door stop.
It Absolutely. .... did go through the war and it was hit but never shot down over enemy territory.... 1990 Group10 track champ , 3ft trophy and $200 in track bucks
I called it "The Shovel"... we ran no track calls. With that body I could roll up on a wreck and drive right under it... "beep-beep comin through!!!
Started with a Champion MCSS Aerocoupe stock car body but it didn't 'scoop up' the competition. The Iraq Attack got weak without the rib and the Monte Carlo finished out the last race.

Red or Black?

Found this 'almost old' body looking for something else. I did this Pontiac in 1989 for my Gr10 Stock Car program.
It didn't handle as good as the Monte Carlo AeroCoupe that I was running and after a bunch of practice laps it still looks pretty good... to me anyway. LOL
I've been 'pulling skirts' out in 1:24 and 1:1 long before the NASCAR 'Chasers' started doing last year.

Dam-it Paul ... I never saw the real 'Hairy' one run.
... but I hope to see this scale one run someday ... LOL
