Mike - The info. I'm about to supply is based on the cars I have in my collection that were still setup with original equipment tires and wheels.

The 1/24 Revell cars I can speak to were built in '65 & '66 and were delivered with Ford GT-40 Coupe and Roadster, Genie Ford, Lotus 30 and Lola T-70 bodies. The cars came with a Firestone tire set and as far as I know there were not any setup with Good Year tires. Firestone script on the sidewall and nothing else.

The front tire is a rubber tire. Unmounted it's 1" (24mm) tall by 5/16" (8mm) wide. It's a road tire with tapered sidewalls but without a tread pattern.

The rear tire is a sponge tire. Unmounted it's 1 and 1/16" (27mm) tall by 3/8" (9.5mm) wide. It's what I would call a traditional racing slick with straight sidewalls and no tread pattern. Firestone script on the sidewall and nothing else.

Hopefully this helps you match tires to those Revell wheels. Good luck!
