SO IS THERE A MACHINE OUT THERE THAT CAN BE MADE OR IS MADE THAT IS A VERY STRONG PULSE GENERATOR OF MAGNATISM??

To Rewinder: Yes. Sonic has one. So does Slick 7. Most probably Koford and Pro Slot. How do you think neos and cobalts get magnetized to start with?

To do what you want will cost more and big more involved than a tabletop $200 zapper.

As I have indicated to you several times, Windows has built-in features to assist those with poor vision. You really should check into this as it will work better than typing in all caps.
