Race 9 of the 2012 Bay Area FCR Championship at Eddie’s Slot Car World.

Gary Hooks wins race 9 of the 2012 Bay Area FCR season at Eddie’s Slot Car World in Vallejo. Gary also took fast lap at 5.550 seconds on green. Gary drove a clean race for 243 laps (5 more than last months winner) to take a decisive win against a large field of 10 competitors.

Tom Joseph rolled to the finish a few laps behind Gary with 227 laps. Wolf took 3^rd with 226 laps followed by Randy Tragni a couple laps back at 224.

Next were Eric Jan just barely ahead of Captain Ernie Koepf with 213 laps. Other participants included Sunday Regulars David Springer, Frank Rotgaber, Sam Rock and Uncle Gary Hoehn.

Points are awarded to the first six finishers:
10 points for first place, 8 points for second, 6 points for third, 4 points for fourth, 2 points for fifth, 1 points for sixth.
