...In which I want to keep links I think are real worth looking at, from all the guys who actually do this well: the kinds of things I'm trying to talk about in my Slots education, the kinds of posts that I'm learning from.

It's gonna be pretty haphazard, I'll warn you right now - I'll be collecting links here as I run across them in random rakes, and I'll post in no particular order unless I figure out how to order 'em better. Wait & see.

Also, in an effort to keep this cache from running five pages long & impossible to find things in, I'm gonna close it to responses & keep it just one post in size. If you got a thread you think is needed in this list, please PM me with it & we'll figure out where it fits.

Exploring the Tuning Fork Idea with Jim Fowler: a great ongoing discussion about a chassis in development, with conclusions & speculations on what's going on in there.

GET BENT - Things to Do With a Wire Bender with Marty Stanley. More than the bender being talked about in this thick thread.

Toys For Retirement with Rick Thigpen. From The DC-65X Diaries, a discussion on what tools go where in the scratchbuilder's life.

Texas Two-Rail with Steve o'Keefe. One out of many, many fine project threads, a great example of how to write a how-to.
