Sorry to hear the news about Steve! He was a good guy to be a round and race with. I will always miss his smiling face and his likable personality! R.I.P. Steve!

Steven Terrell McBride, age 58 of Logan, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, October 7, 2013. He was the co-owner of Guaranty Pest Control and Foundation Repairs. His parents T.J. and Anne McBride preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Pamela McBride; children Jessica McBride Barr, Kelly McBride Holzapfel, Stephanie Cheyenne McBride, Jarred McBride and Ellesha Lee; grandchildren: Joshua, Jeremy, Kylee, Brendon, Emily, Kaylee, Eliza, Serenity and Purity; sister, Beverly Morton; and brother, Greg McBride.
His Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, October 10, 2013, at Ridout's Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.

This is sad news. Like Danny said, he always had a smile on his face and he and Bill Bowers were always fun to be around.

Oh man this is sad news. I've been out of touch this week, just read this last night. For some reason Steve has weighed heavy on my heart all week. Now I understand why.
I called Steve my friend, but that was easy as he was a friend and friendly to everyone. A better man would be hard to find. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.
RIP, Steve.
Please! This is supposed to be a happy occasion.
Let's not bicker and argue over who killed who.
