I'm going to try to make it.

And I believe Jay Guard will come, too, unless he has a conflict.

Hmmmmm. So right now I'd be an illegal racer and be pitched out the door.

I don't see that any Cheetah bodies are legal under the IRRA rules - but I could potentially put together a Ford GT40. Hmmmmm. (Not that I'd be competitive with it or anything....)

Actually, knowing the guys who will be there, you would be a welcome guest and everyone would be lining up to drool over whatever you brought with you. And when it came to racing there would be plenty of loaner cars for you to try...

That's for sure, try to make it Vay, we'll make sure you have something to race. :dance4:

I'm tempted, I'm tempted! It could also motivate me to step outside the box and put together something entirely different.

OK. If I did this right you should see three shots of the King along with one of the slot & R/C counter area. If I messed it up I will try again later. BTW... the holiday crowd has been keeping us hopping but we are still working on a hotel/restaurant/attractions listing for everyone. Hopefully soon. :D

If I don't get another chance to post before Christmas... We hope you all have a safe and happy holiday season! Merry Christmas and here's hoping that Santa leaves you a new retro ride under the tree. ;) See you in March.

Thanks for the photos, Mike.

I found a pretty good online deal on Budget rental cars; if anybody needs it send me a PM.

:D Beautiful track, Mike!!! Brings back memories of Glen Oaks Raceway. I can almost picture Big Jim Greenaway standing in the bank watching all the action!!! All that's missing is his cigar ashes!!!

I'd love to attend but my work (yes, I really do have a real job) schedule may scuttle it.

Let's say I'll do the best that I can.

Need an event photographer?
That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.

I like the looks of that King track. While the deadman and the finger both are banked some, the ninety, doughnut and leadon aren't..... a good mix of speed AND driving.

Yes. At least as close as it could be after several rebraids.

Fellow Racers,

Has a consensus emerged as to the most popular motel/hotel to stay at for the R4?

Be good,

Probably a dumb question, but:
Will they run a Flexi GT class? Thanks :)

Yes, after all the other racing is finished. Hershman called it Flexi Coupe. HERE's the schedule Pablo.
