Finding Nesta at a barber shop would be like a sign of the existance of an "alternate universe".

If time is circular, does that mean that "what goes around, comes around"?

Remember these words...

Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

While it might create a LOT of carnage--which some think is fun---trying to race backwards on the King is a VERY bad idea!! There has been a LOT of effort to make the track race ready with the new computer--lap counting system and even leveling the track to help make it smoother!! The braid has been run in one direction only--and to try and run it "against" the grain that creates--would tear it up!!  Don't think backwards is going to work out so well.  :)

Unless the Carsten system has some sort of unique feature, it wouldn't matter which direction the car goes.

If it has a standard dead strip, that can be tripped by touching it with a coin, I don't see a problem.

But Steen can certainly be contacted to confirm it's not an issue.

He has always been terrific answering technical questions.

As far as the braid, undamaged braid doesn't have a grain.

If it's frayed, the loose strands might run in the same direction as the cars normally travel.

What negative effect running against is anyone's guess.

So as to not damage the space-time continuum running backwards with LapMaster SUBTRACTS laps. Just another clever feature built into the best race management system money can buy. Who wants to tear the very fabric of the universe?

  1. Well Swiss sounds like he's volunteering to fly out and repair any damage!! :clapping:  :good:  :shok:
  2. Therefore the one with the "least" amount of laps would win!!!  :dash2:  :shok:  :laugh2:

CA1, normal stuff here. Nothing to see. JUST KIDDING! You ought to try and make it out here sometime. The Checkpoint is really  where all the racers meet to tweet. Its three days of  WOW! The place is packed, everyone thrashing about. What's not to like!?

Then, of course, there's that Imperial Burger thing going on. Oh, and the racing is AWESOME!!
