If you do, then this is your new home:

When the owners had their five-bedroom Oyster Bay Cove home custom-built in 1993, they were looking for a fun house and fun is what they got.

The 7,200-square-foot home in the Tall Oaks neighborhood that recently hit the market has a 23-by-18-foot rock-climbing wall in the family room, an entire room devoted to a professional slot-car racing track, and an outdoor, lighted basketball half-court.

Everybody says its like an amusement park here, says owner Brad Berger, who is selling it for $2,168,888.

Berger says the slot-car racing setup is worth about $20,000, and it will stay with the house unless the buyer plans to disassemble it and throw it out. In that case, Berger says he will take it with him. Its sentimental to me, he says.

The rest of the contemporary shines as well, with a 23-foot, floor-to-ceiling windowed entrance, a four-car heated garage, a 2-acre backyard with a deck and surveillance cameras in the house.

Oyster Bay Cove home's surprise: slot-car track

I'd say it's safe to say it was a custom build for that space. LOL.

You can get a track built for a lot less than $2 million.

If I had 34 mil to spend on a car I would buy Graceland and race on the King's King. And I would invite all of you guys over to race. Which is more than the guy in Oyster Bay would do. He only has one lane rubbered in.

Berger says the slot car racing setup is worth about $20,000...

I think the owner's a little optimistic with that valuation.

Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

Nice set up for sure!!  Only Dom's Raceway comes close to that. I think the $20K is probably what it cost him to do the entire room up, not just the track itself.

Has to be the biggest footprint of any four-lane track I've ever seen.

If the family that lives there has a lady (the wife / mom) living there we should clone her. She is cool.

I'll take the friends - fancy homes are too much trouble :)
