Nothing at all wrong with the Engleman. I never had problems on the king but only raced on it once. Always the biggest retro race in the South. Sad to see it go.

I think that we need a solid statement on what motor is legal for flexi racing this year. Are we going with the JK Retro Hawk motor? I am good with it. Just need clarification. We all have Retro Hawk motors.

Dennis and Terry are in favor of running the Hawk 7 instead. We run the JK Retro Hawk in so many car classes that it would be nice to run something different. The Hawk 7 is a more reliable motor now that the comm is wrapped.

Last night at Holly Hill, folks were complaining about the 57' oval in Melbourne. Does the hillclimb mean less carnage?

The key on that track will be to not overdrive the kink onto the straight. Otherwise, you better get a bike helmet for the marshall in the 180 LOL

Racing 4 1/2" stock cars on the Hillclimb at Melbourne and road course at Holly Hill are not the only changes for GRRR 2015. We have three Can-Am Plus races (P1(twice) and Holly Hill) and two GT Coupe races (Melbourne).

Doc,
Do you know what the running order will be for the race on 5/30? I'll only be racing one class as far as I know, depending on whether GT coupe is limited to Retro Hawks or not. If only Retro Hawks, then I may run that class.

Since the Evil 9s are no longer available I would assume Retro Hawks.
Nothing scheduled for The Viper Pit right now.
Tony...I see P1 as the next Slot Track for the Ratro Series. Is that the track near you that I went to a couple years ago? It is in Winter Garden, Florida...not far from Oviedo where i was living for two months. I am working on getting my cars ready. Do you know the braid depth?
Thanks,
