Scott, would you take on a Proxy?
How many 'regulars' race weekly there on the King Cobra?
We would need guys that know that track like the back of their hand for these 'bad actor' cars.

A nice Motel 6 is within walking distance.
BITD ... I slept on the beach for a week ... within walking distance to your place.
Don't think that will happen again.

Scott,
What cars do they normally race, proxy cars don't handle like a flexi.
What kind of cars would you like to see run?
Also, do you have a drag strip?

Our King Cobra track has had Group 7, One Motor Open, 27L, Nascar, Womp-Womp, LMP, Group 12 Wing Car races on it since it has been here. Back in it's history is has held The Western States wing and scale races. Also the Norcal series raced wings on it. It is about 158' long Tunkel made high speed track with good grip is prepared properly. The race director both works well. We run the SRT timing and scoring system. The main monitor that the drivers see from the drivers panel is a 40" HD flat screen. There are also other monitors to see from other parts of the track. We have a high output variable voltage digital power supply hooked to the track. As we have it now eight Opens can run on it. The wiring was done by Gary Gerding and Bob Maxwell. The braid is close to new.

The raceway has a race day this Saturday. Open to the public (if you have money). Come on down. Race winning starter kits $120.00.

10/17/2015 is our next Saturday with races. It works out to be most third Saturday's of the month. If there are enough people that want to hold a race, we do it. Normally it is harder to get people to show up for a race the third Saturday of December. Let's be glad for what we have. Let's send kind thought and messages to those of us that may not be feeling well, or are very ill.
As humans we should take time to nurf the ones we love.

Our new event is 11/21/2015. Saturday is race day. We will have a new car to show and let racers use it to see if they want to race them next year.
It will be a 1/24 dirt oval car that we can race on the King Cobra. The car looks good and handles well. It is low cost (about $65 race ready) and easy to build. We will have complete cars for sale. The motor will be the Hawk 7.

They were talking about having a spray glue wing car 12 race at around 12:30 before LMP, GTS and Retro Can-Am racers are to start. (13.25V)
