The SCRAM Green Hornet track has been moved the Malaga, just south of Wenatchee, and we are nearly ready to resume regular racing. Has taken several months to setup and refurbish the track, new surface, new paint, new braid, and best of all, a new bigger brighter location.

The track looks fun to run on & I really like the wide-open look of the new shop. Have fun! :)

Shiggy the track looks great.  I know all the hard work that Walt and Hillbilly put into this relocation will produce some great racing.

I can't wait to get up there and try out the new counter clockwise set-up!

(The old configuration ran clockwise and lap times were getting down to 3.25 seconds for a 120 foot track.)

New surface, new braid, new rotation will slow the pace down for a little while I hope.

John, we are hoping the lap times are a bit slower. So far, it seems you need to "drive" the track more than in the other direction. It is still changing as we run more laps. We have only had 3-5 people at a time running for 1-2 hrs over a couple of sessions.

By going to a 4-1/2" stock car class (vintage bodies), and a LMP class we should have more difference between the two, with the former being both slower and requiring more finesse.
Both classes use Hawk 7 motors to keep things simple and even.
