I have to say, I have had the pleasure now of meeting a big portion of the Tri-State Raceway racers and they are a top notch, great group!! Can't make it this season but for sure on the bucket list for next season...

Thank you.

Track has been great in the last few weeks. Very consistent traction on all lanes. Tricky is getting more and more in for Retro racing. Our first Retro club race was thursday. Actual better racing than flexi. Everybody seemed to have a great time.

I will definitely second what Rick said. Great bunch of guys and a great facility. If you haven't been there you need to give it a try.

I would stay at the Monroe exit. There is a motel very close.....but idk about it. There is a best Western in monroe. About 3 miles from the track. It's by the new casino. I'd stay there. McDonald's right next door as well as other food Accross the highway. I can get you a phone number for them if you wish bill

Maybe a more affordable motel $120 a night is too much for my budget

Bill, there are two other Hotels in the same area. The Wave hotel is on the West side of I75 and looks like it is $60 perweekend night. On the East side of I75 there is a Comfort Inn and acording to there web site they charge $79 a night.

I hope this helps.

Bill,

Last time I raced at Tri State I stayed one exit north of the track exit (dont remember the exit numbers but it was about 3 or 4 miles). I think it was a motel 6. Rates were about $45.

The question was brought up at Tri State today, if we could open earlier on Friday, April 29th. We decided we will open at noon and close at 8:30p. so everyone can get more practice. There will be a $10.00 track fee for Friday.

If there are any more questions please feel free to contact me.

Hi Guys,

I'm not going to be able to make the warm up race on the 16th because I'll be in Michigan for the 24 hour race. But I should be able to make the ORS race on the 30th.
