If you come to Chicago I will buy you a Gibson's steak. Deal?

If Mike says it's OK, I will do my best to be there.

Hey wait, he owes me a few races, he came to R-Geo many times.

BTW, when I come to Chicago and we all go out to eat after the race, I will tell you the real story about the pole. :laugh2: and after sixteen Blow-Outs, one Nats, and a lot of Tri-States, I have lots of Swiss stories for the hometown boys.

Swiss gives us a lot of Swiss stories on a weekly basis, but I guess we could use some more. :shok: :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:

Hope Swiss and Sano Dave will give me some pointers on gettin' around that flat track.

Nothing to it, Matt. Just don't hook up your brake wire. :whistle3: :laugh2: ;)

Noose,

Thanks for making up the Sano II poster. I got the ones you printed on Saturday.

Perfect timing. I passed them out to Dave and the rest of "The Saturday Night Gang".

Note to all:
We know the poster says otherwise, but neither Noose nor Chicagoland Raceway condones the killin' of "Sano" Dave. :)

This is true.

I figure the best way to beat Dave is to have Jerry make sure he has a Falcon with super brakes so he stops cruisin' past me by 6 feet when the power goes off. :laugh2:

Doug,

Yeah, you SoCal guys let him get out of "Dodge" with his trigger finger intact.

FWIW, we're gonna play the soundtrack from "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly"
when he gets "his" in October. :music:

Looks like fun.

I think I'll start saving for gas now. Should be about $9.50 a gallon for premium by then.

I need to learn from the best. The Retro Rally was a good start, but the Sano will be the place to be for my true education in Retro.

I am getting my cars prepared ready to race in October. Now that's three months. Oh my God, I better get going.

Things are starting to heat up just a tad.

I just got word from an out-of-town, hot finger who is planning to stop by next Thursday for some practice.
