Ok I found them 1/8 axle bearings they are sold by Slick 7 and eagle distributors sells them so and hobby shop or race track can order them, https://www.eagledis...le-bearing.html

Those are 1/4" in diameter.

The OP was looking for 3/16" in diameter, to go in a modern 4 1/2" stocker chassis, without having to ream the uprights out, because with it being designed for 3/16" bushings, there probably isn't even enough material.
