World and Kingdom of the Thingies members,
About a year back maybe longer I bought this mystery body on eBay. It resulted in my "the Gray" project expertly built by Jairus Watson.
My question is who made it? So far I have never seen another one and most likely a variation of the La Bostella, but who really knows?

Alien technology, so I am thinking not of this planet. But keep looking they may be building thingies among us? Welcome to all thingy lovers where ever you come from.
David, is there any way to contact the eBay seller to see what he knows? Just a thought.

I was also looking at the part of the body just inside of the front wheel arches. It is raised in the form of a fin or ridge which indicates clearance for a front axle uprights. I know this is non conclusive as many chassis designs would need this clearance.
Have you tried to fit the body on any production chassis i.e. Cucaracha, stock Carrera chassis, etc. In an effort to check fit of wheelbase and width?
IMO the front on this purple Carrera inspied body inspired or copied and is of the same family as your Gray. One difference that we should take note of is it width. Does it fit a flexi type chassis?
