I have been gathering leftovers from my "local" raceways to build a new Difalco controller.

Sat down Friday night to get started and realized I still needed a Difalco trigger pin.

Emailed Jim late Friday, got a phone call from him Saturday morning, and after consultation to make sure I had everything else,
he sent out a trigger pin that got here today!

Jim went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed, and I learned that his reputation for customer service is for real. This is not my first experience with his products, but I'm sure he never heard of me and yet he stepped up to help this guy from the middle of nowhere.

Thanks, JIm, for your help.

I have had similar experience with Howard from Third Eye.

I think that Jim and Howard are the two best vendors we currently have in slot racing.

We are lucky to have them.

Jim is a terrific guy and easy to deal with.

Time for a PSA.

I sell a lot of Third Eye controllers, more than Difalco, mostly because of the technical demands of my flat track.

But if you have an issue with a Third Eye controller, two things to remember.

1) Contact Howard first.

2) After you get a return authorization, pack the controller to be returned, carefully.
