Yeah, it was disassembled for modification and rebuilding. I'll post some pics when I get it done.
Don, we missed ya, but yup, business comes first, especially on a holiday weekend in a tourist town.

Throw in Atlanta traffic (on Memorial Day weekend) and it was just too much for this tired old fellow! Cleveland, TN is in August... maybe I can get to that one if gas isn't $5/$6 a gallon by then.Turn-out was a little flat, but that was to be expected on a holiday weekend with gas hovering at $4 a gallon

This raceway is in quite a bit smaller space than most raceways, but that is not to say it's too small. The layout is very well planned and organized, with enough room for a reasonably large crowd, but with no wasted square footage to drive up the lease payment.
Of course, a Hillclimb track is known for being very space efficient. This track is one of the better Hillclimbs I've run on, and is smooth and without any "gotchas", at least that I discovered.
The parts supply was decent, too.
I believe they run a class or two for hardbody cars at CMS and here's the stock of kits.
Eddie Cordle is a big Bill Elliot and NASCAR fan, and virtually every square foot of wall space is covered with a poster or something related to Elliot, and NASCAR racing.
Dunno if this is practice or racing, but it does give a good idea of the raceway layout. Yes, that's another track in the far left corner. And along the left hand wall is a drag strip with full Xmas tree.

I'll add the weights when I get home tonight. Dunno why I keep forgetting to list those... premature senility most likely, though in my case I always shoot for the 100 gram minimum.
And if you honestly think Chris Barnes is a "rookie," it's obvious you don't know him. LOL!!!

I was refering to Chris' first time running Retro, thus the quotes. Everybody in the Southeast knows Chris is a dominate force in the Mid-South year in and year out and probably any other race he enters, as shown by his performance at Cordle's. Guess it shows driving skill is the key in Retro... wish I had some!!
Chris... no disrespect intended.

No harm, no foul. I actually didn't know if you knew Chris...
Weight have been added below the pics. Sorry I didn't get them done last night, but I discovered I had left the tech sheets at work so I was unable to put my hands on them until today.
