I don't know what the future is long term for the TSR D3 motor, but for those of us who still race them such as the BPR flat track, you can still buy them online HERE and HERE.
One motor will cost you $20 bucks including shipping and tax so you might as well buy three or four to save money. Free shipping for orders over $99 at Professor Motor.
Normally, I always encourage racers to buy product at their local track when available.

I fail to see how there is a shortage when two vendors have them in stock. Can someone explain? Not a motor I use but I am curious.

Both the TSR D3 and the Falcon 7 have been discontinued from production for a while so when the few still floating around are gone that will be it.
