Send in your old drum, get it back with an unobstructed diamond cutting surface, not plated CBN (cubic boron nitride)*.

$99 gets the job done with free return shipping.

Your drum is stripped of its existing abrasive to bare metal, machined round, primed, machined round again, bonded with diamond abrasive, and oven cured.

Expect tires to cut more evenly with less increase in temperature grinding with the hardest material on earth.

*Other vendors are selling plated CBN (cubic boron nitride) as "diamond.".

International shipping also available at discounted rates.

What sandpaper grit would be comparable to the diamond coating you are applying?

Also, is it possible to get a finer or courser diamond grit?

I have 80 and 100 grit at the moment. I believe grit is measured the same with any abrasive.

I have 3 Hudy drums on hand ready to ship and now have done a few Backtrack dual truer drums.

Pricing for the Backtrack drums is $169 for the pair.

Hi, can you convert the original Hudy drums with the " emery paper " to a diamond drum?
And how much is postage to Melbourne post code 3037, Australia?
I may send 2 to be done.

Brett,

Can you send me, or post a pic of the drum?

I cut my finger badly enough where I had to stop making these for a few weeks. I'm back at it again now.

Here is this weekend's work.
