I had a personal best weekend. Was 5 behind after the first 2 heats of GTC and stayed clean to fight back to within 1 going into the final heat. I felt comfortable with Marv next to me in black, but he got bit by the black lane and I we came together a few times. I had to catch him 5 times during the last heat and finally got him to make a mistake with less than 30 seconds to take 2nd.
I knew Chuck was fast on Green and that I would be a lap short to him at best if he did not encounter any issues. He deserved the win!

I wasn't there but it looks like some great racing and a good time was had by all.
Thanks to Mike Swiss for hosting this annual event. It's these big races for a "gathering of the clans" at different locations that keep retro and slot racing in general going.
Thanks again to Mike and all the racers that made the trek.
