Hey Jeff, I have an orange Stinger II like the one you show. I mounted mine on a standard Stinger chassis, just left off the wing hinge.
I have to assume this is what Classic did. I have not seen a different chassis, and this one fits perfect.
Not much info that I could find to be sure.
There is this on my restoration of a standard Stinger, and it does touch on the possibility of using a Stinger Roaster chassis, which is more like the Gammaray.

Just noticed that the slots on your body have not been cut, I would have thought they would factory cut, hmmm?
I took the 2 big pics of the body as found to document the stripe glue line. It is now polished and mounted.
