RMRRA is proud to announce a 3 race end of year mini series.

 

September 21 - RJ's Raceway - Wheatridge, CO

October 19 - Southern Colorado SlotCars - Pueblo, CO

November 16 - RJ's Raceway - Wheatridge, CO (Championship race)

 

Format will be as follows at all raceways -

 

Doors open - 8:00 a.m.

Tech opens - 10:00 a.m.

Racing starts - 11:00 a.m.

 

4.5" Retro Stockcar

F1

CanAm

 

This will be a point series with zero drops. End of championship series awards will be awarded per class as well as a grand champion which will be a points accumulation of all 3 classes over all 3 events. Only those that participate in all 3 events will be eligible for the grand champion award. All participants of 2019 RMRRA events will receive a participant box plaque.

 

The November 16th race will be the final event including awards ceremony, plan for a long day. Lunch will be provided free of charge. We have a long list of prizes that will be awarded throughout the day from the following -

Points will be as follows -

 

1st place -  26 points                               11th place -  12 points

2nd place - 23 points                               12th place -  11 points

3rd place -  21 points                               13th place - 10 points

4th place -  19 points                               14th place -  9 points

5th place -  18 points                               15th place -  8 points

6th place -  17 points                               16th place -  7 points

7th place -  16 points                               17th place -  6 points

8th place -  15 points                               18th place -  5 points

9th place -  14 points                               19th place -  4 points

10th place -13 points                               20th place and on - 3 points

 

Classes that have 12 or more entries will have 1 minute qualifying. TQ of that session will receive 5 points

 

All racers will vote on Concourse. Winner of concourse will receive 5 additional points towards their class of entry.

 

Grand National winner will be the racer with the most combined points from all entered classes. You must attend all 3 series races to be eligible, but you do not have to participate in all 3 classes.

 

Any protests must be filed with a RMRRA volunteer before the start of the next divisions race (typically within 30 minutes from the race in protest.)

Hi Jason,

 

Our Rocky Mountain series is our IRRA rule based retro series. We run 4.5" stock cars, F1 and CanAm, again all based off IRRA rulesets.
