Here is the latest revision of the Go-kart class. Note:

-this will be the final kart race where concours is judged

Body must be a painted 1/24 JK style Go-kart; no aerodynamic improvements allowed except for a single rear spoiler which is limited to 1.5” width and 5/8” height. Driver's helmet may not be modified in any way.
Maximum width 3 1/4”, rear clearance 1/32” measured with flag in a recessed block.
Motor must be an FK type permanently sealed non-rebuildable motor with internal non-serviceable brushes.
Any stamped steel chassis. Front wheels are mandatory and the minimum OD is 1/2".
Heats are three minutes duration and the "Two-Minute" fix rule is the same as all other classes.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers win Ralph Thorne box plaques. Concours will be judged and a plaque awarded for the final time at the 7 September 2019 race, then discontinued.
Go-karts will be raced every third month as part of the normal NASCAR/DTM, Retro Flexi, (and now) Go-karts rotation.
