This guy can not solder at all and from the picture what looks to be a pc mother bd, I would not trust his work. That chassis is not worth $30, but $10 or less and a complete rebuild.

Put that chassis in a 500 degree oven & all that solder will come rolling off. Another 45 min & it'll be on its way to a new home.

Bill, in my early teens I threw a chassis in a frying pan because I read or was told it would flatten it out. It made all the blobs of solder on the top of the chassis migrate to the bottom of the chassis. What was an extremely ugly chassis ended up being even uglier and probably not any flatter.
