In your opinion what constitutes good track prep / condition to promote good racing?

Generally speaking of Flexi and Retro racing.

What do you look for to feel the track is in good racing condition?

Leave the rubber on the track and clean the braid. Vacuum the slots and the gutters. Keep rental cars with poyurethane tires off of the track. (If I ran the slot track by everyone on the internet.)
