If you are in the mood to watch something with some wheels, full size or scale, take a look at Red Line 7000!

Any and all comments are more than welcomed!

Thanks

:)

Best movie ever! Sooooo many Shelby's and the prototype GT350 they drive was #10 and was the first that had a Paxton supercharger and was absolutely beautiful when I saw it. Shelby had a ton of involvement in the movie. The Daytona Coupe is CSX2287 which Jim Russell later owned.  There are so many hidden Shelby things in the movie like ad's, posters, tires and more.

Isaac, yes, you are correct, in fact I wrote an article for "The Truth About Cars" a while back about Mr. Russell and the Cobra Daytona Coupe he owned:

I'm so pleased you enjoyed the video!

Thanks so much for watching and for your wonderful comments!

The only un-restored Daytona Coupe in existence. Worth up to $50 million in some estimates. Lives in the Simeone Collection in Philadelphia with many other prolific cars like GT40's, Ferrari's and many other 7 figure cars. The museum was a bit dis-organized however but the cars were fantastic.

No photos but have a few websites.

The GT350 (SFM5S010) resides here- https://performancem...sofhanover.com/. The business has sold some of the best Shelby's in the world but the car is in the private collection of the owner.

The Simone link for the Daytona coupe is here-https://simeonemuseu...-daytona-coupe/

The HVA link for the Daytona is here- https://www.historic...-coupe-csx2287/. The car was the first registered in the organization which chronicles the story of some of the most important cars in existence.

I actually just saw the 2nd most important Shelby Mustang in the world a few weeks ago at the Indiana fall SAAC meet, SFM5S003 or SFM5003 (the first around 20 cars didn't have the street/race prefix). This completed my list of '65 GT350's but my favorite still had to be #11, a prototype one-owner '65 that was perfectly unrestored and I was able to go over the whole car and talk to the owner in detail. #3 was the fist street car and in May I saw #2 which was the first R-model at a Mecum auction. That was full-circle as I saw the very beat up car at the Shelby American Collection in Colorado.

Here is the website for the collection- https://shelbyamericancollection.org/. If you can visit it is the best museum in the world in my view.
