Nice track and a fair price at $2000, very fair if you consider building a track like this.  I would probably run the other direction;   Running to the right is american to me and it would give you the wide curve at the end of the long straight and not the hairpin cure.   4 1/2 lane spacing is big plus over 4.   Big plus.

You build one and you'll see what a nice deal this is.

Rockingham Park in Salem, NH was a one mile horse track. It closed down about five years ago & numerous buildings are planned for the former site. Rockingham Speedway is located in North Carolina. I only wish the track was coming to NH.  :)

I tried to get this track 2 weeks ago. He wanted me to mail him $200 and I said no I'll come get it on the 9th. He texted me today and said its going to the "rock".

I've sold too much stuff to trust the "be backs".  you pass up a cash sale because somebody says they will "be back".   The "be backs"  never show up and the seller loses a definite sale.       You have to be ready to move on a good deal.

And you wouldn't "trust him" with $200?  Seems both did not take a man's word.  :)  A simple tiny down payment would mean you have a race track!  :)
