Again, why are you taking offense to a statement that qualifying is better?
Because qualifying seperates everyone into different groups. If you're out for blood, or a $$ winner's purse, then that type of racing is the ticket. Besides, it takes too much time away from everything else to run a race that way.
Telling me I'm not as fast as Warmack or Stube is a no-brainer. Screw that. I want to be on the track at the same time, not sit on the sidelines and corner marshal for them while the "elite 8" are on the track.I'm know I'm not as good or as fast, but Bryan and I had a chance to race side by side and for a couple of laps we swapped some lexan.
" Take the chip off your shoulder, I support you and all the NorCal racers. This was said in the discussion of qualifying OR round robin-- I just made my preference known. Why do you make it a negative? Just enjoy putting your racing program together, and hopefully, we'll get to come up there and race with ya!

no chip, Tim- just replying to HOW you stated that qualifying was better. Maybe because we are a smaller, friendlier bunch makes the "all in" races so much more fun.
hope you qualified well today and got to run with the "elites". . . . and let's look forwards to next spring when the next Zombie takes place.
