New tungsten insert Red Fox guides from CR.
Two different weight inserts in slot racing's winningest guide.
Super Low CG - slightly taller than 1/2 height - 2.7G
Ultra heavyweight - full height - 3.4G
Please purchase these from the raceways who already carry my brass insert guides(which I will continue to sell)
Be prepared for sticker shock on these ultra premium guides.

I think the Super Low CG model that's a little taller than half height will be popular.

It should just improve handling, as it is similar in weight to my super-popular brass (2.4-2.5 gram) models. It will just bring the weight lower.

I think with the 3.4 gram ones, the serious racer will remove some weight from the front of their chassis.

Hopefully that will continue next year with the tungsten models.

I started shipping them out yesterday.

They couldn't of went together any smoother.

 

It's hard to tell they are glued because of the flash.

 

Without it, there isn't much contrast between the insert and the graphite.

While the reaction to my new tungsten Red Fox guides has been terrific, I got the vibe from a few racers, they wouldn't mind seeing a version with post protection.

I put on my thinking cap and came up with the brass-tungsten hybrid guide.

Super dense tungsten on the bottom, brass on top, 3.2G, as shown.

Will be available to raceways, as is my 2 other brass, and 2 other tungsten models.
