Fellas,

 

Apologies for not posting sooner but my plan for tomorrow:

 

Get off work 4:30ish.

Attend the memorial until 7 PM or so.

Get to The Race Place by 7-7:15 PM.

 

Bill Witt will be doing movie night outside - 'Days of Thunder' (hopefully the rain stays away or only lasts until 5 PM or 6  PM as called for).

 

Inside will be C.A.R.S. Vintage Slot Car Club first Thursday of the month starting 7:30 PM - This month's slot car theme is American cars, or any red, white, or blue car. Sub-theme is Buzzy's Basement Beauties.

 

Personal theme is to relax, enjoy each others' company as we have been doing for the last several years. Talk shop, get some cars on the track, and share stories of Pete Linzsky and his 35+ year slot car racing history.  

 

I will be floating around talking with everyone, giving advice on where to find parts to restore cars, hope to see some folks I haven't seen in a while, and just relax. Been a tough week+. No more 'stache, but the baldness is being encroached upon by grays.
