I see you guys are keeping the thread alive (for better or worse, hah)... Anywho.. I finally got some more bodies. I wanted to play around with blending.. I wish I had a steady hand for detail work but I don't. "Patience is a virtue but who has time for that" (I think i just made that up). Next time around I'm going to try just lines with a color and then fill in the rest. Learning how to make thinner or thicker lines by adjusting the needle depth (there might be a different term?)

thanks again for all the pointers.. Liking air brushing but wish I had more talent.

Oh, and I did give in and used a hair dryer with little to no heat so I didn't have to wait as long between coats.. I'm letting it cure for the next couple of days.

Oh that 's nice. I like the three color effect. Black numbers, a few sharpie details and you're hittin it!

It cures in one hour or less - you don't have to wait that long.

I don't wait between coats and wind up with a fogging effect. Might not be the same as what your looking for but, it's worth a try. Also, I get a killer effect on flames if I shoot the yellow first, unmask the border and shoot the border red. The red will blend with the yellow and you get......
