I see the tifosi are now predicting my actions . . .

Of the two guesses above, as to what I might do if the lady were wearing the emperor's clothes, I will confirm that one of them is correct.

You may now attempt to guess which one!

Actually, while Keiji Kanegawa did indeed, paint an extremely, uh, interesting slot car body for Steve Kessler AKA Spiderman featuring himself in an, er, unacceptable standing  , other known bodies showing female images did feature Judeo-Christian nipple-impac protection as you will soon see from the Jairus art studio, which is presently reproducing one of those for a car we are restoring.

The Camen Corvette didn't look much like a Chevy either. While neither are the fastest body around, both can be considered "safe" bodies and get you in the ball park.

Not exactly the same as the previous one, blond with darker tan and
different paint. I like to avoid doing the same thing twice.
Enjoy! 8)

Just about finished another one.
Been working on this car since Christmas and only between the hours of 9 pm and midnight because it’s for me.

Posted Image

Posted Image

Building this car was just a test to see if I could build a steel chassis. I don’t like working with the material. Just let the parts and pieces sit for a day and rust begins to form overnight. Soooo, I cleaned up after each evening and sprayed WD 40 over the whole thing so it could sit and not rust. That helped a little bit during construction but rust still started forming.
Anyway, when I was totally done, I scrubbed it clean with naphtha and a toothbrush after polishing with steel wool and a wire brush. Then shot some clear enamel on it. NO rust so far! Hinges are greased sufficiently so nothing should freeze up . . . I hope.
I like brass better . . .

Posted Image

The motor is a NCC20 Mura that has been rebuilt, brush hoods aligned, shunt wires installed, and some time spent running it while immersed in naphtha to set the brushes. Turns over at .5v now, and really sings a nice tune at 12v.

Posted Image

Just playing around with this picture . . .
