The King track car's bumper is three pieces of wire, one cross piece and the two bent pieces.
I played around with some brass rod, making notes of the dimensions, then once I was happy with the shape I bent them in .062 wire.
Now that I have the dimensions I can replicate them within a few thousandths every time. I use a K&S Wire Bender I got as a prize at the Sano 1.
Next time I make some I can take photos if you like.
