Due to the inclement weather, we tried to reschedule the race for Sunday but birthday parties prevail. Therefore the race at SlotZone is canceled
We will be racing on Sunday back at Zeps!! Thanks so much to Lou and Sue!!!
Practice at 11, tech 11:30, qualifying at noon.
Entry fee $15.

. . . in the South most everyone has a 1/24 scale 1/2-mile dirt track oval in theirs!
And the most recent census finds 19% of households, living above the poverty level, have a 1/24 D oval of at least 2.2 miles.

My next run north plans a visit Dom's. Within a short distance in NJ are three tracks, one of which is his.

You laugh . . . after hours working on putting the engine back in my GTO, my buddy Steve would pull a couple of Mason jars out of the freezer in this shop. That was some smooth stuff.They build ovals so they have room to put the stills.

Us Left Coast dwellers have no basements to set our tracks in. So we are stuck with garages or the living room after the divorce. :mrgreen:
