Pretty soon everybody will be on the list and we can get rid of FK motors. Then make retro what it should be, ONE MOTOR. Lol.

Absolutely, 100% percent agreed with that.

Since the SCRRA has just ammended the retro pro motor rules to allow copper endbell hardware, will this change be allowed for the Fawl Brawl?

An update concerning Retro Pro motors...........

SCRRA is now making the Pro Slot copper hardware legal for the Retro Pro Class as of today and
will add it to the rules shortly. Please note complete motors are now available from your dealer as:
P/S # 4002-12CPR
Endbell with copper hardware P/S# 618 Euro
Hardware only as P/S # 641

Wording will be something like this:

Pro Slot copper hardware part # 641 is now allowed as replacement hardware on the Pro Slot endbells and cans for Retro Pro class.

The other changes made recently and mentioned earlier in this thread are:
* The use of 1/2" maximum spoilers now in RP and an overall maximum rear body/spoiler height of 1 3/4"
* Slight trimming of the nose at the corners to compensate for natural drooping.
* The use of .600 dia. front tires as many of the stock wheel and tire combos are well under .625.
Any other questions can be directed to Jay and Mike as they probably know more about what we want than we do!! :laugh2: Other than the important stuff like the motor, tire diameters, width and clearances the SCRRA is generally pretty lenient in Retro Pro.
Hope everyone made it through the storm OK and have a GREAT RACE!! :)

Usual opening on a Saturday for a Retro East race is 8am. Try calling the store, or wait until Jay or Mike post something here.

Well due to the situation here at work I cannot get off Friday so I won't be attending the Retro Pro or GTC events.

Pending the situation at home with power, I will be down Friday night. If no power at home then I may not be attending.
