Barney, you and Dokk did great !  We just need to keep the fan on at all times to insure that it does not get warm.   Done..... no other problems....

I just want to say that during my racing career (1970's-1990s) if the power problems I experienced could have been cured with a 2 minute break then I would have had a better racing experience at many SoCal raceways.

Boss, isn't that true. (Q) How many times was it that racers had to get the batteries from their cars to finish a race? (A) Lots. . .

LOL One of the items I used to always have in the slot box in the 70s was some rubberbands to wrap around the controller trigger so I could leave the drivers station to do sonething else when the track batteries died. My car would have fun finishing the race without me.

Be happy the track is there. I for one would hate to see all of those old guys playing in the streets.

Too much traffic and too many 9-11 (Airport) police nowadays. Besides where'd everyone meet up? Bob's Big Boy turned into an apartment complex years ago

I used to speed to work at Hughes Aircraft in culver city, the back entrance that ran
along side the landing strip. When there was no traffic to dodge, I do 100 before I
had to slow for the esses turns. No more Hughes, its all apartments now too.
