I was The Cave Raceway Last night. Todd was putting some finishing touches on the new facility.

The track is amazing!

I ran some LMP and some Can-Am.

The inaugural race on May 18, 2013, will be epic!

The Monitors are HUGE, the facility is sparkling new, the pit tables are large, the pit chairs are new and comfy, the refrigerator is shiny black, there is even a Keurig coffee maker!!!

All the success in the world to Todd and to all to who have helped him at his new facility!!!

See you on May 18, 2013!!!

Let's get some Can-Am flat track racing going at The Cave Raceway!!!

Tom,

Take a look. May 18 is LMP, GT12, E24.

Come on out to race. We hope that Can-Am will be held at a future date.

So much DRAMA for such small cars....

No problem Mike, just want to check things out and give the track a whirl with what I have. Still like Rudy's idea tho. See ya then.

The Cave will be open on Saturday, May 11, at 9 AM for practice.

I am still working on having set hours of operation so please be patient.

Looks like there will a great turn-out for the May 18. race so a little practice couldn't hurt.

You can also follow us at thecaveraceway.com.

Thanks,

Todd

Mike, quick question. Just for fooling around on the track, what gearing for in-line Can-Am[TSR motor] ? Tires?

Thanks.

Tom,

Start with 8:29, you can go to a 28 after you have learned the track better.

Very busy day yesterday, but, checked out the "Cave"; NICE set-up! That track is as smooth as you could hope.I helped clean the corners with Todd and Mike as it was pretty stuck. Running around with retro Can-Am's was fun, but when I got my chance to try an LMP that mike had set-up,WOW!! This is going to be a fun place to run at, especially on that track with G12 and Eurosport cars, and of course the LMP's. The track is a challenge, so practice will be important. Guys, check it out; as there is now another place to run. More tracks, the better for slot racers. A little competition between BPR the Cave should be a plus.

Nice work Todd and Mike. Lets get it on!

Tom, glad to see you there and having fun. You were definitely getting that LMP car around quite well. Looking forward to next weekend.

I got a chance to run the track as well, it is every bit as nice as Tom says, well done to Todd and all who helped him get this ready.

Just be aware that the braid is very deep. I measured .040" in most places, but it is very constant, and brand new!

I am looking forward to Saturday.
