Watching this Fire Breathing, Ground Pounding, Smoke Billowing, Guard rail slappin' NHRA AA Fuel Altered as a youth has left an indelible mark on my brain that will never fade or wash away...

Yeah Tom, that is the Legend of Wild Willie! I remember we would always look for his arm hanging off the door.

Not sure how many years he actually did it, but eventually the truth came out. The fake arm was sold on ebay a few months back. Only brought about 2K IIRC.

The car has been immortalized in Plastic too...

On a slightly different note but powered with either big or small block chevy's a BriSCA F1 Stock Car :dance3:

Nothing like one of these monsters power sliding round the corner on the shale with the dirt flying & that Chevy roaring under the hood :sun_bespectacled:
