We had one on his Can-Am car at the finals at SpeedZone.  He did not race since his frame got wrecked in practice.  I was running with him before that and hi car seemed just fine.  Only way you will ever know is to try it. Besides the smoke and flames look really retro when it blows.  LOL

I ran a 10/28 on the King at Speedzone in the CanAm Final with a Hawk that had 3 races on it. Power was at 13.6v and it was fine. Not sure if it would have lasted at 14v.

hmm...think I might drop to 9/27 before I went with a 10 tooth pinion.

 

Hey, Howie did it at the first Retroplaooza, so ya never know.  But I smoked a TSR at PJ just by dropping to 9/28, so...

I will try it ,not in a big race.Good one Noose got me laughing!Im just trying to get a handle on my new motor program.Ive found good homes for my Puppy Dogs ,they should be happy where they are at .Tearing down the Kennels and putting up Aviaries for my new Birds.

Remember Stock cars (and F1) will be run on the Hillclimb NOT the King, May require different gearing.

The voltage is 13.7 same as it was at Speed Zone on the King
