Get a one inch hole punch from a craft store for your rear wheel wells. Trim further with a grinding stone on a dremel tool. Use slow speed as to not burn the body.

The 1" punch is a good idea Dave. I hadn't thought of using one. I've always used Dremel's sanding bands for final trimming.

The punch is helpful. But some thicknesses of bodies are issues because the tolerances if the punch are sloppy. Ten thou are easily to work with than five thou.

You'll still want the sanding disk to finish the process. The punch helps speed up the process, but isn't perfect

Any idea where to find one?  I checked Hobby Lobby's and Michael's websites and no luck.

Nevermind.  I revised my search and found plenty.

I have seen them both at Hobby lobby and Michael's, near the scissors and paper crafting section
