It has taken a very long time to get this going...
Fortunately, the retail space is basically free because we rent the whole building and live above it in a 2000 sq ft loft apt. The whole rent is less than any 2000 sq ft home/apt, etc., would cost me by itself.
No timetables but work is progressing

I stumbled across this thread by accident today, 8/9. It saddens me that we hadn't yet moved to TN when this was all going on. I would have definitely volunteered some time and money, hoping to help with this project.
That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.
