A HO track will be in Buena Park Raceway in the beginning of 2015!

Also, a 5 lane tri oval HO track will be running at Big Lou Toys in Culver City!

We will be running monthly races at both locations.

The new Mega G+, with the can motor, will be the car raced.

Hope to see you at the races!!!

Mike, when and where are these going to be available to purchase?

And, what's with the circuit board?  Are they digital?

Mike, two questions. How are you going to determine the level of the traction magnets? I just bought magnets that clam to be level 52 for my mega-g cars.  Is the a place to buy the parts for the proposed car and will the be the cars limited to 1.7 mega-g cars or can you use the 1.5 wheelbase car?

Ok one more question, how will the controllers be hooked up?

The car is suppose to be out for this hoilday season.
The circuit board is to suppress the rf noise from the motor (more goverment regulations)

Gauss meter, but with level 52 mag you will notice an big improvement in grip.
Most HO performance parts are had thru mail order. That's has been the nature of the beast.
With BPR and Big Lou Toys having a track, I hope they will carry the performace parts for this car.
Most of the performace parts guys do sell to retailers.
The new car will be in 1.7 and 1.5 wb, I believe. Most of the old AFX stockcar bodies are the 1.5 wb, the new bodies are 1.7 wb.
The tracks are wired for three post hookups.

do not know, have to wait until the new car comes out for us to buy.

in the past rollers were available, and then retailers parts out the rollers for spares.

WHY isn't there a stock class for the new BSRT car??  It's by far the best deal out of the box for a great handling and very consistent race car??  Hard body OR lexan---could be two great box stock class's!

for sure, if there is interest, here are some rules:

SPEC STOCK CAR CLASS RULES

Legal chassis are: BSRT G3/G3R, Slottech T1/T2/T3 and Wizzard Storm. Chassis must be stock and cannot be modified in any way except to cut off molded in body posts and drill holes for axle retainers.

Magnets

Untitled.png

Minimum armature pole resistance is 5.8 ohms. Armature maybe worked up - balance, comm cut and tied.

The electrical system must be stock or stock replacement for the car. Plated parts are not allowed unless they are stock for the car. The use of big foot brushes or twisted endbells is not allowed.

Any rear axle and guide pin. 7/22, 7/23 gear ratio only is allowed. The front wheels, tires and axle

may be any readily available parts. Rear may be readily available solid silicon/rubber replacement tires. Rear wheels may be readily available, double flanged replacement wheels.

Mass produced injection-molded hard plastic bodies only. Body must weight no less than 3.5 grams and cannot be cut in anyway. No open-wheel bodies allowed.

That IS a very nice track. Thankfully he left out any squiggles. I hope it works out well and creates a thriving HO race program.
